Added ability to add Education Details on Vitals Screen. (5/11/12)

We modifed Setup>Quickfills for Other Non-Taxable Items. You may now create sub-categories which will appear as a single line item on your Consolidated Sales Report. Simply separate your main category from your subcategory with '::'. For example: if you would like all of your Obituaries for each of your publishers to be summed up into one line item you may add a NonTaxable item for Obituary::Newspaper1 and another for Obituary::Newspaper2. You may select these individually on your contract but they will be added together and appear as one line item called 'Obituary' on your Consolidated Sales Report. (4/27/12)

Tech Support Notes

You can give us a call for your Tech Support questions but you may often get a faster answer if you submit a support ticket under the Help Tab. Our phone lines are answered during normal business hours EST whereas our support tickets are monitored during normal business hours as well as after hours. The ticket system sends your question directly to tech support and also allows us to keep track of past support requests and their resolution. We are always happy to talk to you on the phone, but the ticket system gives you a "direct line" to support and may be the best choice for your routine support questions.
Note: RFSI funeral homes should continue to call the home office for support.
